Sharon and Jeff chose Tensing Penn Resort on the cliffs in Negril, Jamaica for their wedding and reception. Special thanks to Montego Bay, Jamaica wedding photographer Michael Saab for helping me out on this wedding. Also, thanks to Ari of Jamaican Journeys LLC for sending Sharon and Jeff my way. [ Sharon + Jeff ] Negril, Jamaica 01.17.09

I just returned from a weekend in Negril, Jamaica. I spent a couple days with Sharon, Jeff and their family and friends. We starting things out on Saturday with a beach session followed by a boat cruise on the Wild Thing. I stayed at Xtabi Resort on the cliffs in Negril. Beautiful place with a wonderful staff. I would definitely stay there again.

[ Emily + Jake ] married 12.20.08

My final wedding of 2008. Wrapping things up in a blizzard! Emily and Jake were married at Calvary Lutheran Church in Golden Valley with a reception at the  Radisson Plaza Hotel in downtown Minneapolis. We made a quick stop at one Nye's Polonaise Room between the ceremony and the reception. I just checked out their website and they are indeed "The Best Bar in America" :)

Yesterday was the first competition of the year for the Buck Hill D-Team. Beautiful day at Afton Alps. It was also my son Charlie's first competition. Charlie and my daughter Mandi had a blast. Here's a few photos from the day.
